Free Shipping on All US Orders All orders ship free within the United States — no minimum required. Shipping costs are already included in our product prices.
Production & Fulfillment Troy Starr Music products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production)
- United States: 3–5 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
International Orders We currently ship to US addresses only. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
